Personally, I'd like to add the option to create a new branch if the branch does not exist. This would eliminate one step I have now, which is to go directly to GitHub to create the branch. I can write up a separate issue if you want to close this out.

Just tested and this meets the requirements I had for the branch operations. I'm going to go ahead and close it, though I do agree that branch creation via CloudPebble would be a nice-to-have feature.
