Hey @anuraj. Did you set the env variable in step 2? This worked for me:
- ran a
new:apicommand with the yaml above - set my env variable
$Env:ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT = "Dev" - ran the migration
dotnet ef migrations add "InitialMigration" --project Infrastructure.Persistence --startup-project WebApi --output-dir Migrations
