Hey @anuraj. Did you set the env variable in step 2? This worked for me:

  1. ran a new:api command with the yaml above
  2. set my env variable $Env:ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT = "Dev"
  3. ran the migration dotnet ef migrations add "InitialMigration" --project Infrastructure.Persistence --startup-project WebApi --output-dir Migrations
