Any script using a level field will bomb… here iz an example…

This is the most important issue as it prevents bday boy from generating a database of CMIP5 results for GFDL to being using...

fixed in devel. branch: issue46_levels_bomb
ok @gleckler1 @durack1 we need confirmation it does what you need.
right now it assumes ALL level will be processed over the same regions, if you want to define regions for level specific let me know.
