Emulation minor bug: PC Engine CD transfer rate doesn't match real hardware about mednafenpcedev HOT 2 CLOSED

Throughput test below - Gulliver Boy disc required (put it in the drive).

As a solution would have several components, one possible approach might be:
a) Adjust Medanfen to 150KB/s based on a mednafen.cfg setting (150KB/s would be the non-default value)
b) Test and adjust seek timing as necessary to ensure no seek timing-related issues recur at 150KB/s
c) Study the mechanism of buffer overflow/delay on Sherlock in order to implement the behaviour

Once the third item is in, then 150KB/s can become the default (or remove the option entirely).
