The WinUSB driver installed by Zadig is signed, and the inf created by Rufus is also signed.
However, if you modified the .inf file in any way, then the inf signature will be broken and you will most likely run into this issue.
Did you modify your .inf by any chance?
If not, in the Options menu can you please enable Advanced Mode and also set Log Verbosity to Debug then try installing the driver again and post the full log?

I changed nothing, everything becomes in an automatic mode

Please try changing the name of your device to something else than Bulk-In,_Interface_(Interface_0). Just click the edit checkbox and use something like TStick Plus

Great! I'll leave this issue open, because I should probably add some sanitization of the driver file names to avoid commas, since it appears to cause problems.
