Unauthorized payment error when using the live API about paypal-node-sdk HOT 4 CLOSED

Unfortunately according to the message you are seeing, the Direct Credit Card functionality is not available for your country. Currently, this feature is only available for the US and UK as noted here. The other link you referenced is for the Classic APIs and how to obtain your API credentials to use those.
