Can't mock Traversable (or any other collection) about scalamock HOT 3 CLOSED

This is another instance of the problem in #24. It turns out to be a can of worms related to referencing types in macros. See this conversation on scala-user for details:

As a short-term solution, I'm working on getting proxy (non-type-safe) mocks up and running (should be done in a few days). I'll then work on addressing the macro problem.

I've just checked in updates to reinstate proxy mocks, and pushed 3.1-SNAPSHOT to SonaType. I'd be grateful if you could try them out and let me know if you experience any problems.
