Apologies - I stopped building it when working on ScalaMock 2, which requires compiler plugin support and never got around to re-enabling it (blush).
It certainly won't work with compiler-generated mocks, but should still work with proxy mocks.
As you can see from the source the code is very simple, so you should be able to incorporate it into a project easily, even though there isn't a compiled version readily available.
I'll add getting it officially up and running again to my todo list.

I've just released ScalaMock 2.4 which includes Specs2 support.
Note that you might like to look at the preview release of ScalaMock3, which now includes Specs2 support.

If I look at the scaladoc, on http://scalamock.org/api/index.html#org.scalamock.package
"In all cases, mix the relevant MockFactory trait into your test class. For ScalaTest use MockFactory, and for JUnit3 use MockFactory."
there's no reference to Specs2.

Ah - thanks for reminder - I'll add it.

Still seeing this: "In all cases, mix the relevant MockFactory trait into your test class. For ScalaTest use MockFactory, and for JUnit3 use MockFactory."

Sure your browser's not cacheing an out of date copy of the site?

Works in Safari. Chrome is out of date. Odd.

I'm not seeing 2.4 in the releases directory of any of the scala version:
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/org/scalatest/
from scalamock.
That URL is for ScalaTest, not ScalaMock :-)
Try: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/org/scalamock/
