It works on phone, but I how to make phone receive notification when screen off or app closed.

I have implement push notification in cases
app open (foreground)
app closed / killed (background)

But not work when phone locked after a few minutes or long idle screen off.
Have you solve like this problem?

No. Push notifications come from Apple/Google servers and have nothing to do with the state of the App.
