tests fail about morphdom HOT 5 CLOSED

I meant to check in a fix for this, but ran out of time. I will restore the tests first thing tomorrow.

I get a completely different error running the tests with a fresh install on Node v5.10.1:

FWIW, my error is the same as the one in this issue, but I didn't see any scripts to shuffle around in test/mocha-phantomjs/generated/test-page.html.

Some things came up this morning so took longer than expected, but the tests have been restored. Fixed by a6263b3
