Entities with UTF-8 chars sometimes fail strangely about restclient.el HOT 5 CLOSED

I'm really surprised first example worked for you. In my tests both failed.
Try updating, I've added explicit entity encoding to utf-8. Seems to work here, but I really wonder what else I might have broken by this change.
