Your GPU does not have enough memory to handle the problem with the given parameters.
The easiest way to reduce the memory footprint for the given setup is to reduce the number of levels in the mesh, i.e., reduce <parthenon/mesh>numlevel

Ohk, I tried to decrease mesh size and x1 x2 limits so now its working fine. I will re-open this issue in case of any error related to cuda allocation.
