Hello
I am also having my flowers in my Small Storage Shed being replaced by the different items.
Fragrant Lilac is now Frgrant Lilac Bulb.
My Herbal Lavender turned into Herbal Lavender seeds.
Lavender is now Lavender Cream Soda.
Lily is reverting to Lily Bulb.
What is really screwy is the Herbal Lavendar Seeds.
My Herbal Lavender turned into Herbal Lavender seeds (worth 30g).
My Herbal Lavendar seeds I buy from Pierre are a different icon and worth (30g).

On another day I loaded the game with all my Sweet Jasmine flowers (PPJA Mizu's Flowers) in my mini storage shed tranformed into Sweet Canary Melon Seeds, 6 flower stacks (3 iridium and 3 regular) now 6 seed stacks (3 iridium and 3 regular). An iridium rank was reserved only for the White Jasmine flowers they replaced, seed bags don't rave ranks.
SMAPI doesn't report any errors though.
