"Terrible Idea" is written all over your repositories ReadMe then.
I asked about adding protocol support which your readme describes is the entire purpose of this project.

@Zilacon use ProtocolSupportBungee... however it is not updated anymore so...
I think supporting 1.5/1.6 is waaaay more difficult than supporting 1.7 due to the protocol changes between 1.5/1.6 and 1.7. (1.5/1.6 didn't even use Netty!)

ProtocolSupportBungee does not work unless ProtocolSupport (the bukkit plugin) is placed on every server. Which is impossible since its coded for only 1.10.2+
Also this is the config from my 1.6.4 Agrarian Skies server:
config-version: 3
commands:
spam-exclusions:
- /skill
log: false
tab-complete: true
settings:
prevent-proxies: false
timeout-time: 60
restart-on-crash: false
restart-script: ./restart
bungeecord-addresses:
- xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
bungeecord: true
*netty-threads: 4*
log-filters:
- ^(.*)(/logged in)(.*)$
As you can see 1.6.4 DOES have netty.

@Zilacon Spigot 1.5/1.6 does use Netty, but the client doesn't. (or maybe I'm wrong)
Anyway, I didn't know ProtocolSupport was needed on the server (even if it is 1.5/1.6) to ProtocolSupportBungee.

Yeah i had a whole discussion with its developer on trying to get it to work and in the end he said its not possible without the bukkit plugin on every server and wouldnt work on my server versions.

You are going to have a world of pain @Zilacon. If you are running any of the top 5-10 mod packs built on any version of Forge/KCauldron/Thermos.
They like to claim prior protocol support, but alas even Waterfall/Travertine does not work for anything prior to 1.8. DESPITE what claims may be made here. They just blame it on the mods from that time period and make no real attempt to support mods that don't use standard methods/packets. Making it impossible to run most packs. It's not like you are going to find someone to patch 5-10 mods for you...
But, best of luck. Let me know how it goes.

We're not going to support versions that old. Have your developer do this if you're really desperate.
Personally, I'd at least give ProtocolSupportBungee a shot. It should work fine even if ProtocolSupport isn't on all servers.
