Brett,

I was forced to commit a version of the gui with a lot of issues. As soon
as I get out of class I will do my best to fix the issues. There are a lot
of things giving me trouble right now but I have been working hard on it. I
also have a lot of other work this week so I apologize if I'm not being as
responsive as I could. Thanks,

When running gui.py on my machine with the current repository, I get the
following error during the initialization of the UI:

OK, I'll use the older version that I have for now. I'm pestering you about
it because I'd like to dig into the guts of gui.py and use it as a model to
make a little secondary GUI for the flat-field making script. Maybe we'll
be able to make a button to call the flat-fielding GUI from the main GUI or
something, but right now I just want to make sure that what I do is
compatible and looks similar to what you do with wxPython.

The other reason I need gui.py is so that I can start using it while
writing up the documentation. I understand you're busy, I hope things ease
up so we can kick ass by Wednesday.

Brett,

Hey, somehow I finally got the gui working and I pushed it. It shouldn't,
but let me know if some crazy fatal io error occurs due to the threading
not cooperating with the gui. Hopefully it works for you now.
