Hi,
which version of OroPlatfrom do you use? And which version of Symfony framework was installed?
It seems like it is similar to described case in https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/UPGRADE-2.3.md

I am using the alpha 5 of the platform application which is on Symfony 2.3. As you say, it seems to be an upgrade issue. I think it's to do with the flexible entity event subscribers using the add method on the form to add flexible fields (such as company).

Seems that this was "update to 2.3" issue, we could not reproduce it. Please can you try to reproduce on last version, and if you'll get it again, open new issue. Thanks!
