Does that mean that "leisure=track" should be removed in OSM?
This is suggested under heading "Rendering" in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:attraction%3Dsummer_toboggan

Or shall OSM data be left unchanged, and Organic Maps will tackle the issue by a changed rendering of toboggans/leisure=track items?

Yeap it should be changed on OM side.

We need a new color for leisure=track or maybe add an outline (and maybe to highway=raceway too).

I think most of the leisure=track features are urban and against the grey background where they currently look alright (so no one has tested the color against green backgrounds).
