Did you do step no.3:

Add the service provider by opening a app/config/app.php file, and adding a new item to the providers array.

Hey @juslintek just tried to install iSeed on latest Laravel version and it all worked fine. Make sure you've followed the iSeed install instructions fully. Try it on a fresh Laravel installation if it still fails; it might be some collision with other packages you have installed, but that's a pretty low probability.
