Variable Arguments should only take "var" about cello HOT 3 CLOSED

I investigated this and an issue with the method of making a literal array of var is that it becomes hard to define an empty array when you also want to have it terminated by Undefined. This issue exists in the current call function.

new could also be changed to this format. Users can be expected to pass in wrapped stack types:

var x = new(String, $(String, "Hello"));

It looks awkward but would remove a whole bunch of potential crashes from the way in which constructors are currently used.
