We could temporarily back off to Oracle-Linux-7.5-2018.09.25-0 or Oracle-Linux-7.5-2018.08.14-0.

I also noticed that the etcd cluster (when in multi node mode) doesn't seem to come up:

Image Oracle-Linux-7.5-2018.08.14-0 is no longer available, so I guess we have to use the September image (Oracle-Linux-7.5-2019.09.25-0) ??

I've tested Oracle-Linux-7.5-2018.09.25-0 and Oracle-Linux-7.6-2018.11.19-0 and neither one provisions successfully. At this point the installer does not work on any available images. Any idea on the cause of this issue?
