Hi Rupert.
I was waiting for someone to ask me to put it onto Maven Central before I bothered. That day has now come and I'll get on it now. I've published other projects/artifacts before; it won't take long. I'll close this issue when it's done.
RE Stanbol -- interesting. I'm now watching that JIRA issue for changes.

By the way, the OpenSextant parent project recently got its own domain "opensextant.net" and we're moving the java packages & maven groupId to reflect this. The latest code I just committed reflects this.

The package is now officially "org.opensextant.solrtexttagger" now. GroupId "org.opensextant". (sorry for the temporary ".net" confusion)
It's deployed now: http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Ca%3A%22solr-text-tagger%22
