The vectors.html example has been updated to show synchronization of a 3D polyline.
There is now a zigzagging line inside the square-like feature.
One of the two crossing lines has also be given an elevation.
Note that, as of version 1.1, Cesium has no support for drawing polygons with arbitrary elevation for their vertices.
