Getting continuity to work would be amazing, but probably not very high on the to-do list.
BT4LEContinuityFixup doesn't work, but that figures since it patches IOBluetooth; if i had any idea what i am doing i'd try something :/

You need a native supported WiFi card(not an USB one)

Yes obviously. That aside, it should be possible to get intel Wifi+Bluetooth working for/with Handoff/Continuity.
Will probably need to imitate IOBluetooth and IO80211's functions
