You should use conda to install packages. Do NOT use pip. It is very challenging to install GDAL using pip unless you what you are doing.

Still fails to find the packages using conda
Happy to provide install instructions once it is working.
edit: tried conda update -all still same issue.

Try the following
conda create -n geo python=3.8
conda activate geo
conda install geopandas
conda install mamba -c conda-forge
mamba install geemap leafmap keplergl palettable localtileserver streamlit streamlit-bokeh-events gdal -c conda-forge

localtileserver is an issue
I ran the mamba command without localtileserver, this might be a window issue.
