2013 (pour les autres années c'est juste le montant de rsa_socle qui change et le montant du forfait logement à soustraire)
couple, 2 enfants avec un revenu d'activité de 1180 € mensuel, aucun autre revenu (pas d'alloc logement, chômage...) perçoit 566.44
s'il perçoit des alloc logement alors le rsa_act sera de 422.92

Ok I checked and rsa_act is not zero for the relevant year ie starting from 2010 ( rsa_act start in the middle of 2009). Please include some tests in src.countries.france.test. You can use the rsa_act_checker you can find in scripts.mahdi

rsa_act_i est complètement expérimental. Il n'est pas robuste pour fonctionner avec des données d'enquêtes. Il faudrait améliorer le calcul pour pouvoir affecter des variables à certaines entitées.
