did you run a deep disc-check-
i see it´s a windows :)
is it possible to restart after you cleaned out the following dir G:\OpenEthereum\OpenEthereum\chains\ethereum and everything below of it? the db is corrupted, so you will have to clean up before you can retry it
from openethereum.

@m1mishamax there is a tool sst_dump that could be used to verify that db got corrupted.
Other than that, as roninkaizen said removing files and starting again seems like the next step
from openethereum.
