PSRA - add aggregation column for agg_curves_stats, agg_losses_stats, src_loss_table from filename about model-factory HOT 7 CLOSED

This looks like a great solution. @drotheram - will it introduce problems if the {region} starts containing any particular symbols, like underscores?

@drotheram we will need to have the region columns added to the agg_losses_stats, and src_loss_table as well.

edit: Its been a while but I just noticed we actually did apply the region to src_loss already in our current workflow!

No i think that's fine, we should be able to find an expression to parse the string properly

• write script to parse Economic region from filename and add to region field in: ebR_{region}_agg_curves-stats_b0/r1.csv
• script to parse Economic region from filename and add to region field in: ebR_{region}_agg_losses_stats_b0/r1.csv
• script to parse Economic region from filename and add to region field in: src_loss_table_b0/r1.csv
• add sourceTypes.csv to lut schema
