As I have made many incremental corrections in my fork, I am not able to single out a specific commit to make it into a separate pull request. My earlier post in this thread has the affected files for this specific feature as a separate commit link. It is too much work to separate them all out into separate patch branches.

You may view the commits in my fork and let me know which ones you do not want to include and why. A consolidated pull request is pending and each of the separated issues have been replied to.

Pull requests really need to be for single issues. The consolidated requests are really difficult to pull in. :(

I understand. But I am not familiar with handling too many branches and fear I might commit to the wrong branch. Besides, I already have it working the way I want and since it would unnecessarily complicate my fork I have abstained from doing so. The only file that have changed are the functions.php and out.tpl apart from the various language files for their translations. I have also ordered the strings in the translation files for easy comparability with the English template.
