@zdtsw since you're staying in ODH GitHub org -- I believe you can just use the /transfer command. Harshad has had success.

Closing this issue, as we have implemented the changes for RHODS 1.33 red-hat-data-services/rhods-operator#42

Moving this to the common location (as this is not a dashboard item) -- I think this is something we can look at from the ODH perspective; not sure how much is actually shared with the RHODS Operator though.

The above looks like the description for ODH Operator. So, I would say, no.
The proposed text is to update the text seen by people in Operator Hub when they see RHODS.
