同样的问题，gitea反复重启，3001端口进去初始化gitea老失败

git server的初始化应该是服务启动后自动做的，对git server的访问也不是通过3001端口访问的。（通过/gitserver这个path访问）

应该就是git server初始化/启动错误。

我们多次测试过，使用https://github.com/OpenCSGs/CSGHub/blob/main/all-in-one.yml快速拉起csghub服务，在不更改默认配置情况下，没有什么问题。
