Need to set maxSessionsPerBrowser in servlet config to -1 to allow N connections from a local browser if we want no delay when testing locally. Did this for our demos where we're not concerned about old browsers and using up all the xhr connections to a domain.
Need to doc as config for Java app writers. App choice whether to allow or disallow.
