arpack-ng 3.2.0 test failure on OS-X 10.10 w gfortran 5.1: bug_1315_[single|double] about arpack-ng HOT 7 CLOSED

Same issue as #11, and #16 I think.

Not sure about 11, but 16 certainly looks similar.

Shall one ignore those for now? I updated the arpack in Homebrew package manager (see the PR above) and the issue with tests to some extent is preventing the PR to be pulled.

any quick way to compile from your branch? Apparently there are a number of makefiles and configure missing as compared to the release.

Just do ./bootstrap to generate the configure file.
