Can't get a cell phone to auth on the network

Basically, we need all log files with trace level 5. And also, we need a packet capture file via wireshark. In other words, we're hoping that you attach these files if possible. Otherwise, our answer might be incorrect.

BTW, we presume that your HSS cannot find IMSI.
Please, check the IMSI value in the WebUI.
