You can find help on the guide document in http://nextepc.org and the configuration guide in nextepc.conf.
By default, NextEPC does not want user to understand many of the settings in nextepc.conf. So we are offering the Debian Package and minimizing the configuration files that the user needs to fix.
Nevertheless, if you have trouble configuring NextEPC, please leave an issue at github any time. As you will see in other issues, we will do our best to help you. Feel free to raise any problem.
Anyway, you reminded us of important things we had forgotten for a while. We will try to write the document you mentioned as soon as possible.
