The example at https://omines.github.io/datatables-bundle/#common-options shows how to access the current row while explicit formatting through a callback function.

Depending on the use case it may be easier to just use a TwigColumn instead.

The template is rendered using the main application context by injecting the main Twig service. Additionally the value and row parameters are being filled by the cell value and the row level context respectively.

So you can just use {{ row.id }} or whatever it is in your case.
