@thecoops Thanks for the post, Mike. The issuer line does look incorrect, but I'll forward to our VuePress advocate to confirm and update.

@thecoops our dev advocate has confirmed that the issuer value is correct (it's also required for the other frameworks). Are you having difficulty getting this sample to work? This sample is designed for use with a developer account org. Use the Okta CLI to create this org and run through the exercise.
