Release 1.3.6 provides stack protection and raises a SystemStackError when more than 75% of the stack has been used. That is pretty deep. Testing on my machine was limited to somewhere over 5000 deep. Oj::Doc.open() was also fixed in the same way. There is no impact on performance at all.

Nice! On my machine (with 8 GB of physical memory), oj allows objects nested 5041 levels deep. It hard to imagine a use-case where anything close to that level of nesting would actually be necessary. This seems like a very reasonable precaution.
