Unable to 'Read Dwarves' - 40d11 about dwarftherapist HOT 3 CLOSED

Thank you for the reports. There seem to be a few people experiencing these 
problems, 
which I have never seen in my own testing of 40d & 40d11 on Vista or Win 7. I 
don't 
have an XP box, but am going to get access to one for this testing.

It appears from the logs that everything is running smoothly up to the part 
where is 
reads in the creatures. I'm wondering if it has something to do with language 
packs 
or something.

I will up the logging detail and put out a new build with better error messages 
for 
these cases.

RE: Internet, it just does a simple web request to check the latest version 
number. 
There's no harm in blocking it, you just wont be notified of future versions.

Please try the new RC3 build with extended logging 
(http://code.google.com/p/dwarftherapist/downloads/list) If it doesn't work the 
log 
should be much longer and give a better clue as to why this is happening.

Fairly certain both of these reports are fixed by RC3 r75. Please re-open if 
this is 
not the case.
