More Details Documentation for Release about oclif.github.io HOT 3 CLOSED

After reading the release documentation I didn't manage to get it working (execpt for the npm one).

For mac, when I run oclif pack mac, I get

Error: package.json is missing an oclif.macos config

But I could not find an example in documentation.

For oclif pack deb, I got some git-related error

fatal: unsafe repository ('/mynewcli' is owned by someone else)
To add an exception for this directory, call:

        git config --global --add safe.directory /mynewcli
    Error: Command failed: git rev-parse --short HEAD
    null

    Code: 128

Still trying to solve this. But it would be great if there is a more detailed official example or tutorial on this.
