[8.0] intra/extra UE invoices and reverse charge about l10n-italy HOT 8 CLOSED

Hi Davide,
l10n_it_invoice_intra_cee_7 on ApuliaSoftware is our module. Our module implement RC management, yet. There is anything we can merge now? If you want we (you and we) can port l10n_it_invoice_intra_cee_7 to odoo 8.

@OpenCode l10n_it_reverse_charge implements the very same things.
in my opinion, both modules aren't suitable for the inclusion into the localization right now. we need to base the development on real specs. i just asked a functional consultant to write a spec doc. we'll then decide what to do.

@dcorio if you want we can talk on hangout/skype/pidgeon about it one of this days. Considers that our module (in version 7) is in production and some customers use it every day in every situation (intra/extra/rc)

@OpenCode i also use the other module in production :-)
anyway, i asked an external party to validate both modules and he said they're all wrong from the functional point of view. i'll get back to you asap with some specs

Any news on this issue? We need this functionality as soon as possible, and can help with the development as soon as we decide how this is supposed to work. Additionally, IMO it would be a good idea to outline a simple functional doc.

we are about to refactor the module following suggestions sent by some public accountants.
moreover, new laws regarding this topic have been approved recently.
