The transaction history being wrong is due to everstake/oasis-explorer-back#20 (comment)

Once it is fixed or if we move to another explorer the issue should disappear

As for the race condition that you have in between the modal being opened and the transaction being submitted, this is mostly aggravated by the fact that this local network has super short epochs and I'm pretty sure that one or more epochs passed between that modal being opened and the transaction being sent.

The best solution to mitigate this (but quite heavy in implementation) would be to use a gRPC stream and to listen for new epochs, and recompute the data displayed in the transaction preview modal when such an event occurs. Race conditions could still occur though, so the user might have to send a second reclaimEscrow transaction in the worst case scenario

The upstream bug ( everstake/oasis-explorer-back#20 (comment) ) causing the history to be wrong has been fixed, so this is supposed to be fixed, too. Should be tested again..
