I currently have the RankLib jar being published to jcenter. Once I get that done, I'll come back and look at this. Need to dig in a bit more on "best practices" for publishing a Elasticsearch plugin.

@icode I wanted to confirm the right artifact to publish! When I run gradlew clean check, in the build/distributions/ directory are two artifacts, ltr-query-0.1.1-es5.3.0.jar and ltr-query-0.1.1-es5.3.0.zip. You want the .jar version to go into Maven central right? Versus the .zip plugin???

@icode wanted to give you an update that thanks to @sstults help, finally have all the artifacts being producted that are required to add to jcenter. I just submitted the request so hopefully in the next little while it will be done!
