I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to achieve here, I can see that the base url has a slash at the end of it /website/ and so if you do this it will be rendered like this https://yourwebsite.com//home/news-4.png and maybe the issue you are facing is with the double slash. Other than that you can totally remove the baseURL because if you type your link like this:

<img :src="`/home/news-${idx}.png`" />

the browser automatically fetches the url from the current website you are in, say you are in https://yourwebsite.com the browser will automatically fetch the image from https://yourwebsite.com/home/news-4.png just by placing / at the beginning of the link
