Cannot add global component when using Layers about nuxt HOT 5 OPEN

This doesnt seem like a Nuxt issue. This is the content of the primevue/icons/spinner/index.js.

@HigherOrderLogic because I am on an older version of PrimeVue before they created a Nuxt module. I will upgrade eventually but for now I need to get it working with the current version.
