This doesn't work.
app shoud mount to "body" tag rather than "body>div"

Bear in mind that Nuxt needs to inject some scripts within the body tag, hence the additional dev wrapper is needed.

cc @danielroe, you might have a more detailed explanation on why this isn't possible (or correct me if I'm wrong!)
