Find a static analyzer that finds circular dependencies about nupic HOT 7 CLOSED

Here is an awesome C/C++ (other languages?) code analyzer that is free for open-source projects: https://scan.coverity.com/. It does deep analysis of code paths and generates very convenient web content for displaying the issues and tracking resolution. We used it extensively at my prior job with awesome results. I once ran OpenSSL through it, and it found a bunch of real bugs in it, too.

@rhyolight - do you want to take on this task? I think it would be great to find some tools that we can automate in Travis but I think my time will be better spent on other tasks.

@breznak - I want something that we can run in an automated way. IE fail the travis build if there is a circular dependency introduced. It is fine if it is clang-specific or similar though.
