I didn't recognize anything from it. I am very confused why it doesn't reproduce for me either. The warnings are likely caused by IMPORT_HARD_NUMPY__CORE___MULTIARRAY_UMATH and the like.
Maybe the detection of something being in standard library fails due to Chinese paths or something like that. These are things that could be hard imports, but won't have these hard helpers associated.

I think I will need you to extract a minimal reproducer. It would appear, that dynamically added hard imports using lazy loader mechanics can not be registered as such. Without a reproducer, I won't figure out why, please provide it.
