OK, that's interesting. It looks like the issue was caused by some glitch with a torrent file that qBitTorrent stuck with.
This file was sitting in my downloads for a few days and wouldn't start downloading, Eventually, I removed and readded it. After that, it started downloading right away and the webUI is working again.
It appears as if WebUI could not load the download list. was erroring on it and that would crash the whole UI.
