simple_blas.[ch] contains a naive implementation of (some of) BLAS for
people that want to compile ASGD without an external BLAS. I am still
tampering with it, so I didn't push it back to caa_stable yet.

If you want to link against an external BLAS, run make TYPE=blas. That
should automatically get rid of the dependence on simple_blas. You can
change the Makefile if your BLAS is in some other location.
