Add test to take a picture about droidcon-booth HOT 8 CLOSED

I started on https://github.com/novoda/droidcon-booth/tree/15/camera and it works on one device, not on Android 6 on the Nexus 9:

it's dangerous to use the camera in the environment we have, as each test has 10 seconds to run - so if you don't manage to close your connection to the camera before that time the camera will locked out from then on

The camera won't be that great in the physical environment we have - they're all mounted on a wall so it'll be a dark picture 💃

front camera brah, but you're right half of them might be pointing above people's heads

they'll also be in glass/plastic cases I think so most would catch reflections :s

Where in the activity lifecycle is that called? i'd be wary with the camera

German person here: IF we were taking pictures of the audience at the booth
we'd need to inform the people about that so they could stay outside the
frame.
